For the business relations between studio MK4ART - Michael Külbel, Fr. Ebert STR. 33, 04600 Altenburg (in the following MK4ART called) and the customer applies excluding these general trading conditions. Opposing one or of this conditions of use deviating conditions MK4ART does not accept and contradicts them hereby expressly. Opposing trading conditions of the customer are valid only if MK4ART agrees expressly and in writing.

Contract conclusion

The representation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a noncommittal online catalog. After input of your personal data and by clicking the Button “order” in the last step of the order process you send an obligatory order of the goods contained in the basket.
